Open ShubhPilot, enter your birth date, time, and place, then choose Business Pandit, Vastu Guide, or Life Advisor. If Google Play access is not available yet in your region, email support and we will point you to the current Android access path.

Credits are used for consultations. A new question uses 1 credit, and a follow-up in the same consultation uses 0.5 credits. New users receive 1 free credit after signup.

Use the Credits screen inside the app. Credit packs are available for casual use, and optional subscription plans are available for frequent users. A subscription is not required to use ShubhPilot.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, so refund eligibility follows Google Play policies. See the Refund Policy page for the full process.

Use Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email support@shubhpilot.com from the phone number or email associated with the account. We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 business hours and complete eligible deletions within 30 days.

Birth details and consultation history are protected with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell your birth data. Relevant chart context and your consultation question may be processed by trusted AI providers only to generate the requested response.

ShubhPilot computes charts with a deterministic astronomical engine and verifies the engine against a Swiss Ephemeris SWIEPH reference path using JPL DE441 ephemeris files. Regression fixtures check signs, nakshatras, ascendant, houses, and longitudes so the chart is calculated before AI interpretation begins.

No. AI is used to explain and discuss the already-computed chart. Planetary positions are produced by the chart engine, not by a chatbot prompt.

ShubhPilot currently supports English and Hindi.
