Refund Policy

Details on refunds for purchases made through Google Play.

1. Google Play Purchases

All purchases in ShubhPilot are processed through Google Play Billing. Google Play's refund policies apply to all transactions.

Google may provide refunds for purchases made within 48 hours, in accordance with Google's standard refund policy. To request a refund through Google Play:

Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
Go to Account → Order history.
Select the purchase you wish to refund.
Tap Request a refund and follow the prompts.

2. Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases.
Unused credits do not expire.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
If a refund is processed by Google for a credit pack, the corresponding credits will be deducted from your account.
If your credit balance is lower than the refunded amount, the balance will be set to zero.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel subscriptions at any time through Google Play.
Cancellation stops future billing, but access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
Subscription quota resets each billing period and does not roll over.

To cancel your subscription:

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon.
Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select ShubhPilot.
Tap Cancel subscription.

4. Free Questions & Referral Credits

The 1 free question provided on signup is non-refundable (no purchase is involved).
Referral bonus credits are non-refundable (no purchase is involved).

5. Refund Abuse

Users with more than 2 refund requests in a 90-day period may be restricted to credit-pack-only purchases.
Repeated abuse of the refund process may result in account suspension.
