Request Account & Data Deletion
How to delete your ShubhPilot account and all associated data.

ShubhPilot allows you to request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. This page explains what data is deleted, the process, and the timeline.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user account and profile information
- Phone number and authentication records
- Birth chart data (yours and any family members you added)
- All consultation history (questions and AI responses)
- Credit balance and transaction history
- Subscription records
- Referral information
- Vastu diagnosis records
- All analytics events associated with your account
What Cannot Be Recovered
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. The following cannot be recovered after deletion:
- Unused credits will be forfeited.
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refund for remaining period).
- Consultation history cannot be retrieved after deletion.
- Your referral code will become invalid.

Request Acknowledged
Within 48 hours
Data Deletion Completed
Within 30 days of request confirmation
Anonymized Data
Some aggregated analytics may be retained (cannot be linked to you)
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open ShubhPilot on your device.
- Navigate to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Email
- Send an email to support@shubhpilot.com
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
- Include the phone number associated with your account.
- We will verify your identity before processing the request.
Option 3: Phone
- Call +1 (786) 396-5999 during business hours (EST).
- Provide the phone number associated with your account.
Active Subscriptions
Important: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before requesting deletion. If you delete your account while a subscription is active, the subscription will be cancelled but Google Play may still process the next billing cycle. We cannot issue refunds for charges after account deletion — you must cancel the subscription yourself.
